VASHA copy-klkMy name is Vasha’ Chevalier. I am the owner of the In God’s Hands Realty Team, partnered with Keller Williams Realty.  I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Homes Marketing, KW Commercial, and the Agent Leadership Counsel (ALC). Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, I had over 20 years in sales and customer service.

I attended the College of Pharmacy at Texas Southern University, and later built the “In God’s Hands” empire which umbrellas multiple business ventures.  Through this experience, I’ve developed strong customer service skills. This knowledge has allowed me to realize how much I enjoy working and interacting with people. Although my rewards and accomplishments are extensive, as a Mega-Agent, I have the privilege of adding my contributions to the Keller Williams Family, knowing that satisfying my clients has meant the most to me.

More than 75% of my business comes from past clients and referrals, which is the true measure of a Realtor “who puts her clients first!” I love what I do, I love to help people, and I love the Real Estate Business!

I have a “Results-Driven” marketing platform in place that will ensure maximum exposure and expedite the selling of your home. Once you witness the techniques, you will agree that I spend more time and resources on my clients than most other realtors. I have found ways to go beyond simply writing your address on a “list” of properties for sale, but to be pro-active in selling your property. I have also established ways to make sure my clients know about newly listed properties right away, so they don’t miss out on the home of their dreams!  I maintain a vast personal database with updated information on active listings, schools, commuting information, parks and recreation and much more. My clients are provided with a variety of tools and programs to make their real estate transaction a smooth one.

The secret to an exceptional listing or buyer’s agent is not just being pro-active. It is about diligence in the approach, and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. Some of the most effective methods are not fruitful unless they are done over and over without pause, until the customer is satisfied, until the house is sold and closed. Likewise some of the most effective techniques are not those that have not been a traditional part of real estate sales. Sometimes it takes creativity and thinking outside the box to sell or find a home. It is my intent to use everything at my disposal to get it done.
